For all online sales we conform to the Distance Selling Regulations set out in UK Law.  

We are happy to exchange or refund any standard, non-personalised pieces bought on if you inform us of your wish to return within 14 days of delivery of your purchase, provided the items are returned to us within 28 days of delivery.

It is important that you inform us of your wish to return before returning your items, unarranged returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if received within 28 days, or in the event of being received after 28 days, are not eligible for refund. 

All refunds and replacements will be issued within 14 days of receipt of valid returns.  

In the unlikely event your jewellery is received damaged, please contact us and we will arrange for its return, and ship a replacement out to you.  

Bespoke and personalised items, are excluded from returns and exchanges, except in the event that they are received faulty, in which case they are eligible for repair or replacement only.   

Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please return any items in their original packaging, using an insured and trackable courier service, and retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.

Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used.   

If you wish to return an item recently purchased from our flagship store in OXO Tower Wharf London, we will exchange or offer a full refund if returned to us in-store within 14 days.  

Please allow up to 14 days from our receiving your return for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method. 

Please note we can only accept returns for items bought from or from our physical store.
