Our complimentary loveness lee aftercare program is there for you so you can wear your pieces for a lifetime.

At Loveness Lee, our goal is that our pieces are worn by you for as long as possible. Each design is handcrafted to stand the test of time but accidents happen and if aftercare precautions are not taken, some pieces may lose their vibrancy over time.

Our AfterCare Program, is a complimentary service which comes with every purchase at Loveness Lee. Our team of highly skilled jewellers will repair your damaged piece and bring it back to life so you can keep loving it for years to come.

This service can be utilised at any point in your purchase lifespan and gives you one refresh free of charge. 

Each repair booked also comes with a 10% discount on your next Loveness Lee order.

HOW IT WORKS

Select your service e.g repolishing, gold plating and any additional information to help our jewellers

APPROVAL

This service can be utilised at any point in your purchase lifespan and gives you one refresh free of charge. 

DELIVERY

Once your refresh is booked, all you have to do is package your piece in a secure box and send it to our Oxo Tower store so we can get to work on bringing it back to life. Please note - the refresh itself is completely free of charge however, you are required to cover the initial postage fee to get it here and we will take care of the rest!

DETAILS OF THE LOVENESS LEE AFTERCARE PROGRAM 

One free repair service applies to all UK purchases only. For customers that are outside of the UK, additional shipping charges may apply, please contact us at enquiries@lovenesslee.com to discuss further details.

The AfterCare Program only applies to items that are purchased via our official website www.lovenesslee.com and London Oxo Tower Wharf store. We are unable to accept items that are purchased via our third-party stockists.

After one free repair for each purchase, we will offer competitive rates for repairs on Loveness Lee designs in order to extend their life as long as possible.

There is no time limit from the date of your purchase to apply to our AfterCare Program 

An estimated time of repair will be given based on the information you provide on your form. (Please double check all information before submitting)

SENDING YOUR PIECE TO US

Please ensure you send your piece to us within 10 days of booking your refresh.

Please return your item in a secure box, using an insured and trackable courier service, and retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.  

You will be required to cover the postage fee of getting your piece back to us, we will take care of the cost of returning it to you.

You can also choose to come to our London Store to enjoy the AfterCare Program.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Loveness Lee team hold the right to refuse a repair if an the item is deemed to be beyond repair by our team at any stage in the repair proces.

If an item is deemed beyond repair once, you will receive a full refund equal to the fee of your repair should you have paid a fee.

The 10% discount code received when your repair is booked can only be claimed at lovenesslee.com or in store at Loveness Lee OXO Tower and not at any Loveness Lee third-party stockist.

Loveness Lee is not obliged to replace any repairs with a new replacement piece.

Loveness Lee does not hold responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to and from our workshop.

The AfterCare Program comes with every new purchase ordered at lovenesslee.com and at our OXO Tower store entitling you to one repair free of charge. Each repair on this item after your first repair will incur a fee.  

If any item is damaged during the repair process, Loveness Lee may replace the item. This is on a case by case basis and should the item be deemed to be mistreated or damaged during the delivery to Loveness Lee, Loveness Lee withholds the right not to replace the item.

A “purchase” refers to one item in an order. Should your original order contain multiple purchases, each purchase comes with only one AfterCare repair.
