There is no difference in the quality or appearance between our recycled silver pieces and regular silver pieces. The only difference is its impact on the planet!

At Loveness Lee we are inspired by the serendipitous beauty found within nature, therefore it’s even more important that we do our bit to protect it. Silver is a mined precious metal found globally but mined mostly in the Americas, digging through our beautiful landscapes to find it is harmful to our planet, refining and transporting it globally adds to the damage done. By re-using silver that's already been mined, we can help reduce this harm whilst giving new life to pre-loved materials.

All of our recycled silver is certified by Jewellery Casting Scotland Ltd.

Yes. The Loveness Lee team are happy to make alterations to any of our designs. Common customer enquiries include things like changing chain length, ring size, colour of metal etc… However, we have also worked with customers to create very personal pieces with our Loveness Lee twist. Yes! In the event of damage to your Loveness Lee jewellery, we are able to make repairs at our London workshop, so simply bring your jewellery in for us to take a look at or send it to us in the post. Please note we do not take responsibility for loss or damage whilst in transit. For more information check out our aftercare program

All of our gold earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets and hairpins are plated in 2 microns of 18 carat gold. Our gold rings are plated in 3 microns of 18 carat gold.

All Loveness Lee jewellery is handmade in our flagship store/ workshop in the Oxo Tower on Southbank, London.

We offer free next-day delivery in the UK (on orders placed before 12 noon), Shipping to Europe and the US is £20, and £25 to destinations further afield.

We offer free next-day delivery on orders from within the UK before 12 noon Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 12 noon Friday are dispatched Monday morning. Orders to Europe and the US typically take 2-5 working days Including handling time, and 5-10 working days to the rest of the world.

All Loveness Lee jewellery comes in its own individual black linen pouch which is placed in a tubular recycled card box with its original casting date written handwritten on the side. If you opt for the gift packaging, it then goes into a larger box decorated with an array of seasonal dried flowers.

We are happy to refund or exchange any standard, non-personalised pieces provided you inform us of your wish to return via email to hello@lovenesslee.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be then returned to us within a further 14 days.

The VAT on all our jewellery is 20%.
