At Loveness Lee we are inspired by the serendipitous beauty found within nature, therefore it’s even more important that we do our bit to protect it. Silver is a mined precious metal found globally but mined mostly in the Americas, digging through our beautiful landscapes to find it is harmful to our planet, refining and transporting it globally adds to the damage done. By re-using silver that's already been mined, we can help reduce this harm whilst giving new life to pre-loved materials.

The Loveness Lee team are happy to make alterations to any of our designs. Yes! In the event of damage to your Loveness Lee jewellery, we are able to make repairs at our London workshop, so simply bring your jewellery in for us to take a look at or send it to us in the post. Please note we do not take responsibility for loss or damage whilst in transit. For more information check out our aftercare program.

All of our gold earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets and hairpins are plated in 2 microns of 18 carat gold. Our gold rings are plated in 3 microns of 18 carat gold.

After each wear and before storing your jewellery, give it a brief clean, things like sweat and water can affect jewellery, so wiping off pieces with a cloth before string them will keep them looking newer for longer.

If tarnishing does occur, giving it a gentile scrub with a toothbrush, warm water and some washing up liquid should restore its shine.

Remember that silver that is regularly used tends to need less care, so we encourage you to wear your jewellery as often as possible in order to keep it looking beautiful!

We use FedEx and Royal Mail to ship our orders.

We regret that as a small business we are unable to cover return shipping fees.

We are happy to refund or exchange any standard, non-personalised pieces provided you inform us of your wish to return via email to hello@lovenesslee.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be then returned to us within a further 14 days. We regret we are unable to reimburse you for return shipping.

The VAT on all our jewellery is 20% for UK orders.
