What materials are used to create your sustainable necklaces?
All our necklaces are handcrafted using sustainably sourced materials. We cast our necklaces using only recycled precious metals and adorn our designs with lab-grown gemstones and freshwater pearls.

Are your necklaces made from 100% recycled metals?
All our necklaces are cast using 100% recycled sterling silver or 100% recycled 18ct gold to reduce the demand for newly mined resources and lower the overall environmental and ethical impact mining has on the planet and surrounding communities. All other materials are sustainably and locally sourced.

How are the gemstones used in your necklaces sustainable?
We use lab grown gemstones within our necklace designs, such as lab grown emeralds, sapphires and rubies. These gemstones hold exactly the same properties as the mined versions but are instead formed in a laboratory. This means we get all the shimmer and shine without contributing to the negative impacts mining has on our beautiful landscapes and communities.

Are your necklace chains adjustable for different lengths?
Yes, many of our necklace chains are designed to be adjustable, allowing you to customise the length to suit your preference and style. We have a variety of long chain necklaces to choose from that look beautiful as part of a layered necklace look or to complement a deep V neckline.

Are your necklaces handcrafted?
Yes! Each and every one of our necklaces is handcrafted by our expert team of skilled jewellers in our Oxo Tower workshop in London. Each piece is made with love, precision and is of the highest quality.

Are there different styles of necklaces to choose from?
We have so many different necklace designs for you to explore. Whether you like something bold or are more into an understated statement, we have a piece that’s right for you. From chokers to pendants, gold and silver, there’s something to suit every style. If you like to layer your necklaces, we have a range of layering necklaces to choose from.

What metals do you use in your necklaces?
We cast all our necklaces in recycled precious metals. Precious metals are of a higher quality and are hypoallergenic compared to lower-grade metals you might find on the high street. The precious metals we use for our necklaces are 100% recycled sterling silver and 100% recycled 18ct gold.

If my necklace breaks, will you fix it?
If you care for your jewellery properly, it is very unlikely to break. However, we know accidents happen and wear and tear can occur with any well-loved piece! We, therefore, offer a free repairing service with our Aftercare Program that will breathe new life into your Loveness Lee pieces. Find out more here.
