Yes, all our earrings are crafted using a mixture of sustainably sourced and recycled materials. We cast all our earrings using recycled precious metals and all gemstones are lab-grown. Absolutely! We understand the importance of comfortable jewellery and only cast our earrings using hypoallergenic recycled precious metals. Therefore, our earrings are suitable for those with sensitive ears.
We cast all our earrings using either 100% recycled sterling silver or 100% recycled 18ct gold. These metals are not only beautiful but also hypoallergenic and due to them being recycled, are breathing new life into the precious metals that would otherwise go to landfill.
We only use lab-grown gemstones within our earrings, as these are the most environmentally friendly and kindest type of gemstone to our planet. Holding all the same properties and shine as the mined versions, these are produced in a laboratory setting and bypass the negative environmental and ethical issues associated with mined gemstones.
Yes, each and every pair of our earrings is lovingly handcrafted by our skilled team of jewellers within our London workshop. This ensures exceptional quality, attention to detail and a little uniqueness in every Loveness Lee piece.
We take pride in the quality of our earrings. We can therefore offer you a replacement in the unlikely event your earrings are received damaged. We also have a customer-friendly return and exchange policy in case the piece isn’t quite right. Our Loveness Lee Aftercare Program also provides one free repair service to all UK purchases, to extend the life of each piece for as long as possible.
All of our earrings are cast using recycled precious metals, such as recycled sterling silver or recycled 18ct gold. Other materials used will be sustainably or locally sourced.

We are committed to minimising our environmental footprint, so we use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials for shipping our earrings. We also offer gift packaging for an additional £10 which features seasonal dried flowers, protective paper and a gift box.
